These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Giggz, a platform that connects users with service providers based on specific needs and preferences. By accessing or using Giggz, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before using the platform.

By accessing or using Giggz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Giggz.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Giggz. By using Giggz, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Creation: To access certain features of Giggz, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User Obligations: When using Giggz, you agree to:

• Use Giggz only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when interacting with Service Providers.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

Giggz facilitates connections between users and independent service providers. We do not employ these service providers directly. All service agreements are between you and the service provider.

Payment for services is processed through our secure platform. All fees and charges will be clearly displayed before confirmation. Refund policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Giggz provides a platform for connecting users with service providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By creating an account or using the Giggz Platform, you consent to conduct transactions, enter into agreements, and receive notices electronically. You agree that your electronic signature (including clicking “I Agree,” checking a box, typing your name, or similar affirmative action) constitutes a valid and binding signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under Nigerian law (including the Cybercrimes Act 2015 and Evidence Act), under the eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 for EU/EEA users, and under equivalent electronic transactions laws in other African expansion jurisdictions.

This consent applies to all agreements, policies, Gig confirmations, payment authorisations, dispute resolutions, and communications between you and Giggz, and between Customers and Service Providers facilitated through the Platform.

Giggz will maintain electronic records of your agreements and transactions in a form that accurately reflects the information and remains accessible for subsequent reference, in accordance with applicable law.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic signatures by closing your account and providing written notice to admin@giggzworld.com. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of electronic signatures given prior to withdrawal.
